OUR STORY

Northwest Hills Community Church (NHCC) was planted in 2007 by Valley Community Baptist Church in Avon, Connecticut. In 2015, NHCC merged with Calvary Baptist Church resulting in one multigenerational congregation located centrally in downtown Torrington, Connecticut.

NHCC is situated in the evangelical, Reformed, and Baptist traditions. NHCC is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and the Connecticut Baptist Association.
